The Draft Technical Guidelines have three parts:

In addition, there are two technical appendices providing additional information on the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions from the agricultural and forestry sectors.

Two public workshops were held to receive comment on the Interim Final General Guidelines and draft Technical Guidelines.  The period for written comments ended on Wednesday, June 22, 2005.
